Use Safari or Chrome (iOS 13+ required). Safari saves to Files → Downloads. Chrome saves to Files or a designated folder. Tap "Allow" when prompted.
To use as ringtone: Transfer the MP3 to a computer and sync through iTunes/Finder, or use GarageBand to create a custom tone directly on device.
Android
Use Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, or Edge. Files appear in Downloads folder or Music directory. Grant storage permission when requested.
